We launched Philippa Pippa in the city of Cancún, which is why our products are designed — though not exclusively — for coastal living. Our creations are handwoven and hand-lined, water-resistant and lightweight, made from the finest 100% virgin pad raffia, completely non-toxic.

Do you ship throughout Mexico and internationally?

We ship across Mexico and to several countries. Shipping times and costs vary by destination.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Within Mexico, orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days. For international shipments, the estimated time is 10 to 20 business days.

Do you have a return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, as long as the product has not been used and retains its original packaging.
